I host only 6 people a night, for 2.5-3 hours, serving an array of otsumami and sushi. its BYOB.

self-taught, earlier this year I graduated with Master Distinction in Narita Sushi School omakase professional course in Japan

as music lover, dj and retired percussionist, I also curate the music we listen to; vinyl records in a celestion soundsystem .
